Before you start.
Do you need access to our Microsoft 365?
No. You answer the checks yourself in your browser. Nothing connects to your tenant and nothing is sent to us.
Who should complete it?
Someone with read access to the Microsoft 365, Entra, SharePoint, Purview and Defender admin portals, usually your IT administrator or IT provider.
Which licences does it cover?
It works with Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5. Some checks need features your licence may not include, so you can mark those as not applicable and they are left out of your score.
We are not using Copilot yet. Is it still useful?
Yes. Five of the six areas are core data security controls that matter with or without Copilot. The Copilot section helps you prepare before you switch it on.
Is the report a guarantee of security or compliance?
No. It is a self-assessment based on your answers and is guidance only. If you want findings verified, Cyberticx can review your tenant directly.
